Afraid of stranger

My LO it’s 7 month turn8 . She very afraid of stranger when they tried to carry her or even talking to her . Any way to help them getting less afraid of stranger?

Hi mummy, don't try to force LO if LO doesn't likes it. Try to expose LO more by bringing to parks or playgrounds and introduce to strangers gradually with you besides LO.
