My lo is 4 months +, is on EBM and daily intakes is between 580-720ml. He doesn't poop daily, usually will poop around 4-5 days, but the amount is not much and very watery. Is it normal? Should I bring him to doc?

Bm baby poop are like that mine is since nb always poonami as long as the poop is mastard color and not super watery kind it's fine.
