Kool Fever

My LO is 4 month old and she's having a fever. Got it from her cousin. Is it OK if I put kool fever? Because I heard some people say kool fever is not safe.

I think the pharmacies won't sell kool fever if it is not safe to use. I used it for my little one and he was fine. But if you're not sure whether to use it, you can use a damp cloth to wipe your daughter's body and head, and repeat until the temperature falls.
