heat rashes

my LO is 11 days i notice he has a heat rashes on his face. it was just at the right cheek now both cheek have and it spread till the head area. is it serious or i can just apply calamine lotion at his affected area?

Calamine lotion will dry up their skin. Try pure aloe vera gel instead.
