My little one is one year old and now days either he is happy or he is irritated most of the time.. He don't sit normal.... Plz suggest.... His anxiety level is high.

Hi Neha, Since your baby is just one year old I assume that his problem must be related to something physical. As in may be he is having colic or any trouble related to his stomach that he is unable to communicate. Or may be he is being irritable if he is teething. Or it can be just a phase which will be fine on its own. I think you can take him for general check to the doctor.
