1. Fruits
Fruits are a sweet, easy, all-round healthy snack that can be enjoyed at any time of the day. Serve as a fruit platter or with a scoop of sorbet to spice things up!
2. Fruit chips
Thinly slice some apples, bananas, pineapples, pears or jackfruit, sprinkle on some cinnamon and stick them in the oven for 90-120 minutes.
3. Smoothies
