Can you feel your baby body parts inside your tummy?

Like something hard on one side of the tummy is the head or buttocks of the baby? How can you tell? My gynae just used the 5 fingers pressed a bit here and there softly and can tell me where is the head of the baby without ultrasound. Would like to learn this tactic too. #advicepls

He pressed the hard part and told me it's baby buttocks and we did the ultrasound scan, and indeed it was the buttocks.
