6 Months started solid

Hi, would like to know if any mummies experience their baby constipated after starting solid. I gave my baby Cerelac and past 2 days her poo is not hard but sticky and she poo abit only. She also cry when she want to poo. Any suggestion and experience to share mummies?

Did you try to give her Cerelac everyday? Please slow down on the frequency cause baby is still young and can't absorb it. It may even cause some constipation/tummy discomfort. Suggest give her water to dilute the intake of the cereal.

Yes, i gave cerelac everyday. 6 months can give water already?
