From what I've heard around, the Thalassaemia Society Singapore is a good starting point, it's run by patients and parents themselves, so the support feels very real and not just clinical. KKH also has a Family Support Centre that does counselling and a parents' support group, which a mum I know found really helpful especially in the early days when everything felt overwhelming. Honestly though, some parents feel the group sessions don't meet frequently enough, so just go in with realistic expectations rather than thinking it'll be a very active community straight away. Still worth trying both and seeing which one clicks better for your family.
