How do you decide on a confinement nanny?

interviewed many freelancers, a lot of demands (I would use the word demands instead of requests). almost wanted to go through agencies/totally dropped the idea so that I won't have to deal with more unknown demands when the CN is here (heard too much horror stories from friends). finally interviewed the very last freelancer before I want to give up, and she seems to click with me. (but my family doesnt like her. lol)
