👋🏻 4 weeks is still really early!! My doc advised just taking walks for first tri actually. If it's just dipping in water and breast stroke through slowly I think it may be OK..though personally I would wait til my first appt to ask gynae & probably for baby to be more stable before going swimming again 🤗all the best!
