Post partum numb fingertips

Would like to ask if any mums encounter numb fingertips on the left middle and index fingers after carrying baby for 2 months plus? If yes, does it go away automatically? How long does it last and any tips to recover?

it’s called mummy’s wrist or De Quervain’s tenosynovitis. its normal and common.. it goes away when you rest your wrist which is difficult with a baby. It can last long depends on how often you strain your wrist. I have it too, and it became quite serious. Acupuncture helps relieve some of this numbness for me.

it starts from the 2 fingers then radiates to the thumb if it worsens
