hello momsh. based sa experience ko, sabi ni OB as long as hindi ka maselan magbuntis mas okay na naglalakad ka para iwas pamamanas saka magandang exercise un sa buntis. I was advised na magbedrest till 5 mos kase maselan ako mabuntis. mismong 5 mos naglalakad na ako para iwas manas okay naman basta wag lang sobrang bilis saka ingat momsh dahil may covid19 ngayon
yes mamsh pwede na .. If.patapos kana sa 6 months your goal is try walking 40-50 minutes a day, five or six days a week; and 60 minutes a day, one day a week. Yan po yung nabasa ko mamsh
