Is it hard to transition baby to sleep alone/sleep train from sleeping in same room to separate room

Like after 6 months? Thinking if baby should sleep alone in another room from the start or is it better to sleep with us first. But worried if baby will not be used to it?#advicepls #FTM

I really feel you on this, as a first-time mum it is so hard to know what is the "right" way, and honestly there is no one answer that works for every family. My girl slept in our room for the first few months and when we moved her to her own room around 7 months, there was definitely an adjustment week or so, but she settled faster than I expected. do not stress too much about which way you start, you can always adjust as you go and follow what feels right for your family at that point.
