Hi do you let your infant sleep with aircond or with ceiling fan/stand fan? Do you still swaddle him/her when you only use fan? I am worried my baby will be too hot with swaddle but I’m worried he will catch a cold if exposing him to fan.
Fan Swaddle but include hands Dr encourage not to on aircon for my LO If not used to it
When on fan, I only swaddle my LO from chest and below (exposing her arms) When on aircon, I swaddle her whole body
