Aiyoh, I'd definitely check with your doctor about this one, it's been 8 months post-C-section so your body is still settling, but those tissue clots or clumps aren't something to leave wondering about, especially if it's your first period back. One of my mum friends had similar after her surgery and turned out it was just retained tissue passing, but the doctor confirmed it lah, so better safe than sorry! Just pop by your GP or gynae, they see this all the time and can put your mind at ease within 5 minutes.
