Sabar ya, at 2 months it's actually normal to see just the gestational sac, baby masih very tiny lagi, biasanya around 8-10 weeks baru boleh tengok fetal pole and heartbeat clearly. A few of my mum friends were also worried at their first scan, tapi everything turned out fine once they went back for the 12-week scan where you can see more. Lengguh pinggang dan kaki memang common in early pregnancy due to hormones and weight changes, I had that too! But best to bring this up with your doctor on your next visit, just to make sure everything is progressing well and to ease your mind. Lepas 12 weeks scan you'll feel much more reassured!
