my legs and hands have very bad itchy. I scratch until scar everywhere. I'm in second trimester. is this common?

Let the gynae know, they can presribe u lotion that u can use. I had very bad itch too. suggested me to change to baby bath. Cos very gentle to skin. Now I'm alot better.
