Aching legs and back

I get those aches from time to time too, and what helped me was getting things checked by Dr Sean Ng, an orthopaedic doctor. He picked up what was causing the discomfort and gave me simple steps that eased it a lot. Might be worth seeing someone like him if it keeps bothering you.
