Could this be positive

I had a miscarriage last april, then comes my period on May 9-13. I am 3 days delayed now and took this test. I can see a faint line so i went to see my doctor but no sac was found. Is it too early or possible it is another early miscarriage?

Sis, ganyan din sakin nung 2024. Faint line lng sya, nung nag-ultrasound ako, wala din nakita. Possible daw na early pregnancy kasi makapal ung tissues ng uterus. Bumalik ako after week, ayun may sac na and may embryo na din. Mag-2 years old na baby ko now. 😊

Take care of yourself and come for a blood serum pt after 2 wks. If it is positive then go to your ob again for another checkup or transv scan. It may be too early. Hugs mama and condolence on your baby angel🤍
