Ay, marami sa amin ang nakaranas ng bleeding or spotting after vaccination talaga, especially pag hormones pa lang gumagawa ng sariling routine like yours sa 6 months postpartum, one of my mum friends had the same after her AstraZeneca and it stopped after a few days kaya di na siya nag-alala. But since you're still in the adjustment phase postpartum and bleeding ay baguhan para sa iyo ngayon, I'd really suggest checking with your OB-GYN just to be sure everything's normal, especially if it's heavy or continues pa rin, better safe than sorry talaga, especially postpartum! The vaccine itself doesn't cause long-term issues but your doctor can check if it's just hormonal or something else, at mapapawi ka rin ng loob.
