Mumsh check nyo po braxtin hicks contraction, baka yun po naeexperience mo, practice contraction po para ready na sa panganganak.. Rest lang po mumsh pag nafeel yan taas po paa with support sa likod..if hindi po mawala pag nagrerest.. Monitor mo po yung paninigas kung regular po kung hindi nawawala. Like naninigas for 30 seconds tas every 5 to 10minutes. Inform na po si OB pag ganun.
