Mild cramping at 7th week of pregnancy

Hi Ladies, I experience mild cramping on and off and I am at 7 weeks 4 days of pregnancy. Is it normal ? It is like very light menstrual pain type cramps but they come and go and are very mild. Need advise please. #1stimepregnancy #firstbaby
