As early as you can? I started using at week 11!

U may start from 2nd trimester or even earlier.

I've been using since end of first trimester

Started from second trimester onwards!

Anytime when ur bump starts to show.

2nd tri onwards can start using alr

As soon as I found out I'm pregnant

Anytime after trimester 1 is ideal.

Anytime. Never too early to start!
