As upsetting as it sounds… It will get worse as baby grows 🥹 I felt like I needed an oxygen mask to breathe when I was at week 37 onwards… I had to sit down and sleep 😅 Don’t aim for ‘night’ sleep… But if you’re not working, sleep when your body tells you to. Be it in the morning or in the noon.
I got a pregnancy pillow and it did help quite a bit! You can also ask your gynae if can prescribe you with some pills to aid with sleep
