Haemorrhoids, currently in 3rd trimester

Hi Ladies, I am 28 weeks pregnant currently and in last 1 week I have pain during poo. This is my 2nd baby and I had anal fissures before 4 years (before my 1st child). I had no issues so far, but now I notice piles and have pain, somtimes blood due to pressure when I poo. Can someone suggest safe remedies, as for me it naturally disappeared last time.
