Mucus plug???

Hi ladies, I am currently 34 weeks pregnant now & I just went to the restroom and found out this. Is this mucus plug or?? I googled and they say it’s mucus plug and it does look like mucus plug.. This is my second pregnancy but first pregnancy was totally different.. second pregnancy have more symptoms and changes compared to the first one. First pregnancy I went in labour at 35 weeks so my gynae said maybe for this second one will be earlier ? I also noticed that I had some milk leak last night. Please tell me what’s that…
