Hello! I was feeling similar. I felt I should be very happy but I was moody everyday for various reasons. Overthink and cried a lot. Was worried it would affect baby so I set time aside to browse through funny instagram meme accounts and watched comedies or funny variety shows that helped me laugh. I didnt talk to anyone because I was afraid of judgment, but if you can, it'd be great to talk to someone you can trust and confide in! Preferably someone you can have fun with, to take things off your mind.
