Bleeding in 8 weeks pregnancy

Hi ladies.. First time mother here.. Im 33 years old and got pregnant after IUI procedure.. Currently 8 weeks pregnant and saw baby and baby's heartbeat in last scan.. However, 2 days ago and today I experienced vaginal bleeding. I rushed to doctor who said baby is safe. Today I am again at the doctor waiting to be examined.. Any of you experienced this before? Should I be worried?

Hi beautiful mothers. ☺️First time pregnent. Its 8week1stday and i am feeling great. The only problem is that i have a liver problem more specifically laesio hepatis and it was long time before pregnancy that i discovered the disease. My results are the same, higher, in the pregnent state and in not pregnant state. Even better. My disease are not in inflammation state. Do you have any similar problem you can share with me? Thank you.
