Bleeding in 8 weeks pregnancy

I had a tear around wk 12 after shopping a whole day, bled while i had my nipt done. After that it got better n became brown blood after taking duphaston. As this is my first pregnancy, i was worried n went back gynae. He said i had a lot of old blood(brown blood) to clear, did a v scan to c my cervix was ok. That very night i had bleeding and blood clot which was palm sized. Got a shock and headed to a&e who then told me everyting is ok, jabbed me on my butt n gdbye. Mc for 2 days. Dun worry and see what they advise!
