Scan at week 4. No gestational sac?

Hi ladies, anyone went for early scan and gynae unable to detect any sac but can only see thickened endometrium? Is it too early to show anything? Worried that it’s outside the womb.. :(

Yes it's probably too early. Doc will ask u to go back for a scan again a few weeks later. That's when we can be sure if there's a sac or not.
