Sayang, this sounds really worrying and you definitely need to see a doctor or go to the hospital as soon as possible, bleeding in pregnancy needs to be checked properly, okay? I know it's scary when things change like this. A few of my mum friends went through spotting and bleeding during pregnancy and each situation was different, some were okay, some needed help, so you really can't tell without seeing someone. Please don't wait, just go to the clinic or A&E to get a proper check and maybe a scan. They'll be able to tell you what's happening and make sure you and baby are okay. Sending you strength, mama.
