First trimester pregnancy

KKH show me that they found out small one in my womb earlier in a&e due to my cramp stomach. Then, my first appt with a gynaecologist in NIH. She said can’t find anything & can’t see them clearly in my womb.. check with me if I got any pain inside or got blood? None of them. So they ask me come in next appt to do scan again.. is it normal for first trimester in NUH?

Which week are you at. If it is at week5 or so it is possible that they couldn’t see the yolk sac. I had blood clot at my uterus and they didn’t see yolk sac so they collect my hcg twice to see if it is viable pregnancy. Then on week 6 it shows yolk sac!
