Ganilia supplements and DHA as add on

My KkH Gynae only prescribe Ganilia multivitamin to me. I’m in my 24 weeks. Can I add on DHa supplement? Is it necessary?

Always a best idea to seek advice from your gynae whenever you wanna add on supplements.
