Honestly, it depends talaga sa family setup at priorities ninyo, walang one-size-fits-all answer dito. For us, parehong nagwork kami kasi kailangan namin ng financial security and frankly, para sa peace of mind ko rin, pero alam ko friends ko na happier sila pag nag-stay home lang, especially pag maliliit pa ang kids. The trade-off is timing with kids and energy, pero kung kaya ng budget at may good childcare setup, both working can work din talaga.
