Aiyooo, this must be stressful la! Lewat seminggu with negative UPT but ada cramps macam tu, memang bisa jadi beberapa possibility, stress, hormonal imbalance, atau timing UPT tak tepat (sometimes kena tunggu lagi lama or test lagi). A few of my mum friends pun pernah experience ni, one of them kena tunggu 2-3 minggu baru positive sebab implantation dia lambat sikit. But honestly, dengan cramps yang sakit mcmtu, I'd really suggest you go see your gynae or doctor to get proper check up and ruling out other things, could be cyst, irregular cycle, or things yang better checked in person, so you boleh rest assured kan.
