Sa aming group of mum friends, lahat namin ginawa ang first trimester tests around 10-12 weeks, tapos may repeat tests pa around 20 weeks for the detailed ultrasound scan, pero honestly, best to ask your OB directly kung anong exact schedule ang recommended para sa'yo kasi bawat pregnancy ay different at depends din sa medical history mo. Most of the time ang doctors ay nag-schedule ng routine bloodwork at urinalysis every trimester, plus glucose screening around 6-7 months, so if you haven't had your 4-month checkup yet, I'd really suggest book an appointment na with your doctor para malaman mo exactly what tests you need and when.
