Hungry and sleepy at work - 5wks pregnant

Hello. Do you keep yourself awake at work? I took 30mins nap, dranks lot of fluids. But i find myself sleepy at 3pm. I do not eat a lot and I'm hungry every 3 hrs. What are some snacks I can take during work? #advicepls #pregnancy

Banana, avocado, nuts, oats tend to help you feel full for a longer period of time. Yes it’s normal to feel more fatigued during pregnancy. It’s due to hormones and more blood supply and energy going to baby development needs.
