First tri nausea and gastric juice

Keep having nausea and loss of appetite (but i manage to eat as per normal). Weirdly i still have constant gastric juice coming up to my mouth, so when i taste sore flavour in my mouth i try to eat a bit of snacks but it didnt help. Have been on gaviscon for past 2-3 weeks but seems nth has improved☹️ will this affect the baby though? #advicepls

It can be acide reflux and heartburn. It is normal. Would suggest eat in small portion, lessen spicy/oily food, drink lots of plain water. Soon it will go by its own coming to second/third trimester.
