Yes po ☺️ Ang breastmilk po ay meron pong foremilk (whitish and watery) and hindmilk (yellowish and thick)...medyo magkaiba ng content but both ay very healthy amd nutritious na kailangan ni baby for their development. Kaya kapag nakadirect latch si baby, mainam na madrain nya muna yung one breast before switching to the other para makuha nya rin yung hindmilk that usually comes later during feeding ☺️ One of the many wonders rin po ng breastfeeding at nagbabago bago ito depende sa kung ano pangangailangan ni baby based on his age and health, or kung may sakit sya, etc. So don't worry po, as long as breastmilk na galing po sa inyo, healthy po yan 😄
