Kandungan Awal

Eh, normal je tu actually! Especially early pregnancy, hormones naik and increased blood flow down there memang bikin discharge lebih banyak, a few of my mum friends experienced the same thing masa awal kandungan. Cuma make sure underwear clean, jangan pakai tight pants sangat, and if the discharge jadi greenish, berbau strong, or ada itching, better check dengan doctor sebab bisa jadi infection. Drink plenty of water and stay comfy je, it should settle down after first trimester!
