for the diet, healthy food as much as possible, iwas sa processed food. more on fish, meat like chicken, beef & pork mas ok pag mga de sabaw na ulam, fruits & veggies also. drink more water, I also drink fresh buko juice sometimes & eat taho with less arnibal, hard boiled egg also. drink maternal milk & prenatal vitamins
so far, nawala na yung feeling na nasusuka. May mga foods pa rin na hindi ko gusto kainin pero at least d na ako nasusuka.
nawala na un pag susuka & hilo & breast tenderness, bumalik na rin kahit paano ang gana kumain.
