Don't worry mummy, ni perkara biasa. Mummy make sure jgn lupa makan vitamin yg disarankan doctor especially folic acid (mesti makan). Mummy makan sikit2 setiap 2/3 jam. Minum fresh orange juice utk kurangkan rasa mual tu. Makan buah-buahan kalau boleh telan, cuci rambut dgn air sejuk utk hilangkan pening kepala at least 3x seminggu. Lambat laun nanti mummy akan dpt selera makan balik, don't worry and enjoy your pregnancy 😍
