Implantation bleeding tu usually light pink or brownish colour, not bright red macam period biasa, sebab tu banyak orang confused! One of my mum friends thought she wasn't pregnant sebab darahnya tak banyak, tapi turns out it was implantation bleeding je. If you're unsure whether it's spotting or something else, better to do a pregnancy test or check with your doctor to confirm, especially kalau colour or flow dia different dari biasa.
