Eh at 37 weeks, thick white discharge is usually normal lah, hormones are doing their thing, but because you're so close to delivery, better safe to check with your doctor or midwife just to make sure it's not something else like an infection or if your waters are starting to leak. A few of my mum friends had increased discharge near the end and it was fine, but honestly at this stage it's better to get it checked out quickly rather than worry, especially if the smell or colour suddenly changes or if you're also having cramping or spotting!
