Kakatapos lang ng ffup checkup ko june 9 .. tinanggal na ung staples and sinabihan ako ng OB  na pwede na basain at maligo kaso may buka kasi ung tahi ko sa taas and mej nagbbleed pa sya. 😭 Natatakot ako basain pero gusto ko na maligo ung totoong ligo. Sa tingin nyo po?Madami akong stretchmarks dahil nagkaPUPPP RASH ako ng malala pagdating ng 36 weeks.  #1stimemom #firstbaby #pleasehelp #CAESAREAN #CS

Mama, please message or call your OB agad about the bleeding and the opening sa taas ng tahi, hindi dapat mag-alala ka mag-usap sa kanila, yan ang trabaho nila! Once she confirms it's safe, you can definitely shower na with gentle care, a few of us went through the same worry post-CS, and it really helped emotionally na makapag-proper bathe. Just keep it clean and dry after, and follow what your doc says exactly.
