Worst part about Natural Delivery

#justtorant I feel that the worst part of natural delivery is the episiotomy. Contractions comes and goes and stops once baby is out, but the agony of the episiotomy is OHEMGEE!! 😫 From the stitching to the first few hours of immediate recovery period, and the "forget cannot sit cross legged" moments after. 😭 Anybody else feels the same? 😅🙋🏽‍♀️

giving birth is a very natural process, the pain is worth it once baby comes out into the world, don't worry so much abt it. Have faith n courage mommy!
