Ohhh this looks like a nice community untuk share pantang pengalaman! I think joining groups macam ni memang helpful, especially dalam first few weeks after giving birth when you're figuring out what works for your body. A few of my mum friends swear by these Facebook groups sebab everyone ada their own experiences to share, boleh dapat ideas and emotional support at the same time.
