Why is the test kit indicating 2 weeks but it’s 4 weeks when I input my last menses date?

I’ve tested positive indicating it’s 1-2 weeks. But when I indicated my last menses period they show 4 weeks plus pregnant. Im confused, can anyone help to explain? And i saw online they mentioned that 2 weeks pregnant is not actually pregnant? So is there a baby in me ?

The test kit means it was 1-2 weeks after you've conceived. Must plus 4 weeks that means you're roughtly around 6-7 weeks. Google helps alot

Counting by last menses period or LMP may not always be accurate. I was at the same week as yours and went for an ultra sound about a mth later and was found to be 10 weeks pregnant.
