Super light green discharge without smell or itchiness while pregnant

I've recently found out tht I have a super light green discharge without foul smell or itchiness. I'm thinking it might be my feminine wash since it's PH care avocado (green) for antibacterial. Could it be my feminine wash? I hope it's nothing. Huhu. TIA
